Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 15th June 2026

Welcome to Infer Street. These terms explain the rules for using our marketplace for AI inference and the websites and apps that go with it. Please read them carefully — by using any part of Infer Street, you agree to them. We have tried to keep the language plain and easy to follow.

1. Who we are

Infer Street is operated by Tesseract FinTech Limited ("Infer Street", "we", "us", or "our"). Infer Street runs a marketplace that connects people who need AI inference with the providers who supply it, and publishes market information about it.

2. Who these terms are for

These terms apply to everyone who uses Infer Street. There are three main groups of users:

  • Buyers (developers) — people and businesses who need AI inference for their own products and use, and who manage that through the Developer Portal.
  • Sellers (AI providers) — people and businesses who offer AI inference for sale at the prices they set.
  • Everyone else — anyone who views our public market information or browses our website.

3. The services we cover

These terms cover the Infer Street website, the Developer Portal (where buyers manage their usage), the Token Exchange portal (where sellers list what they offer and where anyone can view market information), and the underlying marketplace and routing services that make these work.

4. Your account

To use the Developer Portal or the seller features of the Token Exchange portal, you need an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your sign-in details and any access keys safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access to it. You must be old enough and legally able to enter into a contract to use these services.

5. For buyers — using the Developer Portal

If you buy inference, you can use the Developer Portal to:

  • Create and manage the access keys that let your applications send requests.
  • Add funds to your balance and set limits on how much you spend.
  • Send inference requests, which we route to a provider on your behalf.
  • Review your usage and what you have been charged.

6. For sellers — offering inference

If you sell inference, you can use the Token Exchange portal to:

  • Register and connect the services you want to offer.
  • List what you provide and set the price you charge for it.
  • Receive and fulfil requests routed to you through the marketplace.
  • Get paid for the inference you supply, less any fees we tell you about.

7. For everyone — market information and the website

Anyone can view the public market information shown on the Token Exchange portal and browse our website. This information is provided for general guidance only. It may be delayed, summarised, or illustrative, and it can change at any time. It is not financial, investment, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it for those purposes.

8. Prices, payments and settlement

Sellers set the prices for what they offer. When you buy inference, you pay the price that applies to your request at the time it is handled, plus any taxes and fees that apply. We charge against the balance or payment method linked to your account.

We measure usage and settle payments between buyers and sellers through the marketplace. We will show you the charges that apply, but you are responsible for keeping enough balance to cover your usage and for any taxes that apply to you.

9. Refunds

Top-ups and credit you have already used are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. If you think you have been charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

10. Acceptable use

To keep Infer Street safe and fair for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Break the law, or use the service to create or spread harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
  • Try to gain access to accounts, systems, or data you are not allowed to use.
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service, or get around its limits and security.
  • Misuse access keys, resell access in a way we have not agreed to, or pretend to be someone else.
  • Use the service in a way that breaks the rules of the AI providers fulfilling your requests.

11. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content you send to and receive from the service. You give us permission to process it as needed to provide the service — for example, to route your requests to a provider, measure usage, and handle payments. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice.

12. Other providers and services

Inference is supplied by independent AI providers, and we use third parties for things like payments and hosting. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these other parties, and your use of what they supply may also be subject to their own terms.

13. Availability of the service

We work to keep Infer Street running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may carry out maintenance, make changes, or add and remove features over time. Some parts of the service depend on others, including third parties, so availability is not something we can fully guarantee.

14. Suspension and ending your access

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably need to protect the service or other users. Where it is fair and practical to do so, we will let you know. Any amounts already owed remain payable, and the parts of these terms that should reasonably continue will still apply after your access ends.

15. Disclaimers

Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make promises that it will be error-free, that results will be accurate, or that it will meet every need you have. Any market information is provided for general guidance only and without warranty.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Infer Street is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Where our liability is limited but not excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event that caused the loss.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The courts of the DIFC will have authority to settle any dispute connected with these terms or the service.
